We offer a Sizing Chart on our website for standard sizing of Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large! You can also measure your nail bed width in millimeters for each finger and include it in your custom order form.
With the included professional-grade adhesive tabs, sets typically last 1–2 weeks with regular wear. For extended wear, nail glue is recommended and can last 3–4 weeks.

Store sets in a dust free container when not wearing. Remove gently with cuticle oil or warm water. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or harsh chemicals to preserve the finish and art.
Yes, we do! For Standard (Ready-to-Ship) Orders: We want you to love your Nailchemy set. If something isn't right, we're happy to help. Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. For Custom Orders: All custom orders are final sale. Because custom sets are made specifically to your sizing, shape, length, and design preferences, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a manufacturing defect.
Contact us at nailchemyartisan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Condition Requirement: Returned items must be unworn and show no signs of wear (no glue residue, filing, damage, or alteration). Sets that do not meet this condition are not eligible for a refund. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item price will be issued to your original payment method.
